Even psychics have off days, however, if you value your customers you will do everything in your power to make them happy, even if that means you have to chase them down. Imagine calling a psychic for the very first time and hearing someone who was obviously awoken out of a deep sleep answering your call. As a psychic, you know that late night hours will be the norm, but to a first time customer, it can literally seem as if you were sleeping on the job. Even though you may think that you have lost this customer for life, you can turn the situation around and have them calling on a regular basis – during more manageable hours, of course. If you use qualified psychic leads, you can keep a detailed file containing all of your clients’ vital statistics on hand easily. Use this information to start up a light conversation, then casually bring up the fact that you are in a different time zone. The caller probably had no idea that they were calling so late at night, and all will instantly be forgiven. Of course, this is only a hypothetical scenario, and it is more likely that the majority of your unhappy callers will be more difficult to pacify. If you can think on your feet and find a way to make yourself more personable, any small errors made towards the beginning of a reading can be totally forgotten by the time the call is over.
