Brain at 4 AM

Alright, it’s 4 AM, I have 10 hours before mid-review—is now a good time to completely restart my design?

YES.

    Yes. Yes it is.

    Perfection’s the goal, right?

That actually went surprisingly well (aka not completely disastrously). The guy I was presenting with (we presented in pairs to speed things up) had a design REALLY similar to one I ended up ditching.

    hey, gary…
i didn’t know that your are actually posting something these days, or you have time to blog these days…

maybe i should start blogging in english so that i can socialize better in both online and real life…

even writing these 2 sentences was hard.
    so i guess that’s not gonna happen…
which means, less than 100 words speaking in weekends…

neway stop watching さよなら絶望先生、 and start working on structures.

well, we’ve got as much time as we make… which suggests I should get to work (or sleep, seeing how it’s 5:46am).

ganbatte Great Teacher Jin… socializing’s overrated. Introversion is the new ADHD.

Some things just don’t change… but if anyone can pull this off it’s you. =)

In other news I am a sad panda because the bears lost. That and I have 2 quizzes and 2 midterms next week. Good times…

I can’t believe da Bears lost to OSU again. Deja vu to 2004—were we just arrogant and thus unprepared? And UCLA? What the heck happened? We’re unpredictable in a completely non-charming way. I mean, when the freakin’ Holiday Bowl looks like a stretch, sad panda comes a-gallopin’.

I’m talking like I actually follow football, but it’s hard not to hear things in the proverbial flotsam when stakes get high.

I am most impressed at your architecture reinvention skills… now can you pull it off for your thesis?
